  • Cup  Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Lemon, Peel and Juice
  • Tbsp  Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can drain some of the liquid if you prefer a firmer texture.
