- 2 cups soaked chickpeas
- ½ cup onion, minced
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- ¼ cup parsely, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt & pepper to season
Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly.
Divide mixture into 8-10 equal portions and then shape into small balls.
Place in the refrigerator for about 30-60 min or overnight.
Heat oven to 350°F.
