1 tsp jalapeno or red chilies pepper, diced (optional)
2 cups frozen baby okra (cooked)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium sized saucepan, bring one half cup water to a boil.
Add Salt and frozen baby okra, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain all the liquid.
Heat a large pan on medium heat.
Add olive oil and onions and cook until soft before adding garlic and hot peppers.
Cook for 1 extra minute.
Add chopped okra and lemon juice.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside until ready to serve.
