  • Cup  Chickpeas (cooked)
  • Tsp   Jalapeno or Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • Cup  water
  • Tbsp  Olive Oil
  • 1/2  Cup   Red Onion
  • 1 Tsp  Mustard
  • 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth, pasty consistency is achieved.
  • Put in container with a lid and place in the refrigerator, to chill, for about one hour before serving.
