Ingredients
  

  • lbs  goat roast meat
  • tbsp  olive oil
  • tbsp  curry powder
  • tsp  chili powder
  • tbsp  soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 315°F.
  • Mix all ingredients with a whisk, except meat, in a bowl.
  • Place washed meat in a large baking pan and pour mixture over it.
  • Bake at 315°F for 1½ hours.
  • Remove from oven and let rest five minutes before serving.
