Marination Magic: Give your lamb roast ample marination time to infuse it with depth of flavor and succulence.
Preheat Your Grill: Ensure your grill is preheated to the right temperature before placing the lamb on it for that perfect sear and grill marks.
Let It Rest: Once off the grill, allow the lamb roast to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This ensures the juices redistribute for maximum tenderness.
